The Hunt: While Carrie’s address in the show is 245 East 73rd Street, the “real” house is deep in the Village.
Pro-Tip: The owners of the brownstone often have a donation box for a local animal shelter at the base of the stairs—it’s a nice way to “pay” for the photo op!
